Bathroom walls and floors, kitchen splashbacks, patios and hallways — set level, cut clean, and grouted so it still looks right in five years.
Tiling is the job where corners get cut most often, and it shows immediately — lippage between tiles, cuts that run out of square at the door, grout that cracks along the bath within a year. Almost all of it comes down to what happens before the first tile goes on.

Common Questions
A typical domestic bathroom, floor and walls, usually runs three to five working days including preparation, tiling, grouting and sealing. Removing old tiles and making good the walls first can add a day or two. We give you a realistic schedule with the quote.
Either. Most customers choose and buy their own tiles so they get exactly the finish they want, and we tell you how much to order including the wastage allowance for cuts. If you would rather we sourced them, we can.
Sometimes. It depends on whether the existing tiles are sound, flat and firmly bonded, and on whether the extra thickness causes problems at doors, windows and sanitary ware. We will tell you honestly at the quote stage — if it is a bad idea for your walls, we will say so rather than take the shortcut.
