A typical domestic kitchen runs two to three weeks from strip-out to finish. Stone worktops add around a week in the middle, because they can only be templated once the units are fixed and then have to be cut off site. We give you the sequence with the quote so you know which days you will be without a sink.
Either. Most customers buy their own units from a supplier they have chosen, and we tell them exactly what to order and what is usually forgotten — end panels, plinth, cornice, scribe strips. If you would rather we sourced everything, we can.
Yes. Relocating plumbing, waste, gas and electrics is normal in a refit, and it is far cheaper to do while the room is stripped than to revisit later. Waste runs need a workable fall, which occasionally limits how far a sink can move, and we will tell you at the quote stage if that affects your layout.
